Paula is the Director of The Institute of Lifeskills and Head of Massage and Complementary Therapies with The Irish Academy of Training in Dublin.
With over twenty years career and business experience in management, marketing and public relations, Paula has worked in London and throughout Ireland. In 2000 she decided to have a complete career change and began to explore the field of natural health and holistic therapies.
Today she is a Lecturer in Anatomy and Physiology, a Stress Management Consultant, a Relaxation Therapist and Educator specialising in Lifeskills, touch therapy and self care. Paula is on the FÁS/EI National Register of Trainers and a professional member of the International Association of Counsellors and Therapists and Embody.
