Help with Paying your Course Fees

Don’t let fees be a barrier in applying for our courses.  We will work with you in every way possible to help you achieve your goal.  Because of the current economic climate we have reinvented the traditional methods of booking onto courses.  These methods required you to pay large sums of money up front, or in some cases play all of the course fees before you start the programme.  We have revamped these methods to make the payments more achievable and also introduced some novel ways of paying your fees.  In addition, we have also reduced course fees to help you pursue your dream career.

Please see below for suggested ways to pay your fees.

3 EASY OPTIONS TO PAY YOUR FEES

1. Devise your own payment plan - How does it work?

This method is unique to the industry and has proved extremely popular with applicants. You devise your own payment plan, call us to discuss it over the phone or you visit our premises to discuss it in person.

2. Pay by Direct Debit - How does it work?

You supply us with your credit card or laser card details and we will debit the payments on the dates that you instruct us.

3. Academy Savings Club - How does it work?

You identify the course you want to do and start making small payments in advance of the course start date.

Minimal Deposit

We have reduced many of our course fees to a minimal deposit making it easier for you to book onto courses.

Earn as you learn

A novel way that we have introduced is a suggestion that students ask family or friends to pay for reduced priced treatments in advance of them qualifying.  This works similar to a sponsorship scheme were students offer treatments to family or friends at 50% of market value which they receive when students are qualified.  We will supply you with pre formatted “sponsorship cards”.

Gifts & Presents from Family, Friends or Partners

We have also suggested to students that for any special occasion, e.g. birthdays, Christmas, Anniversaries etc that instead of receiving presents, their family, partners, friends might make a contribution to their course fees or purchase them something relevant to their course studies.

Academy Vouchers

To assist with the above the Irish Academy can supply gift vouchers to family, friends or partners if they contact the office.

Grants

Some persons who enrol on our programmes may be entitled to grants but it depends on their personal circumstances; e.g. employment status or social welfare status.  From our experience the main forms of grant aids seen to be awarded at l local level from the following organisations: Social Welfare Offices, Local Partnerships, FAS, Obair, or a combination of any of the above.  One of your first points of contact should be your local partnership office as they are a good source of information related to local organisations and grant funding.  Please find below some of their contact details:
